We are the Nances, Bob, Jeannett, Katie and Erik. When Bob and I decided we wanted a few animals, goats
came to mind, they are adorable, comical, stubborn, they are safe for my children to be around, and for very little
effort they give us so much. Buttercup and Jennifer, both Nubians, came to live with us. We had them for a month before
Olive, an Alpine, and Gretchen, a Toggenburg joined our family. Chickens followed, both for meat and eggs. We now have Leanne,
Domino & Lidia (Nubians), Ninja Girl (Alpine), Lyra & Calvin (Olive's Alpine/Nubian kids) and Allie, Domino's premie
that Katie saved, and our bucks Ceaser & Slim Shady (Nubian).

I offer cheesemaking classes in my home. I love to talk about cheese
and goats, and enjoy having new students who haven't heard it all before. (My family thanks you). You
will learn to make mozzarella, feta, ricotta and of course, chevre. You don't have to have your own dairy animal
to make homemade cheese (but who wouldn't want to!). The classes are held on Saturdays from 10 am until about 3 pm.
Lunch is provided. Feel free to contact me with any questions or to make a reservation. Make cheese, be happy!
